Here is the invitation...all paper pieced together...before the Cricut...I may have used the Sizzix to cut the balloons and definitely the "H" and "2."

The table was covered in butcher paper. Then we put large crayons, wooden blocks, live gold fish in bowls and glass jars topped with Sesame Street cake toppers hot glued to the top. They were filled with gold fish crackers and gummy worms.
The cake was the standard elmo cake pan from wilton.
I made this cut out from plywood...the kids all took turn getting their picture taken with their heads in it! We also had lots of bubble machines, two splash pools, an area of the fence covered in butcher paper for finger painting and tons of balloons. The party was a blast for everyone!
