Zebra and Pink Flower Cake Balls

OK, they aren't exactly ZEBRA, but they do match the invitation pretty well.

I made the flowers separately then added them to the cake balls with a touch of melted chocolate.

Here's a shot with the invite so you can get the gist of the inspiration.

May share these cake balls with some of the fun parties in the side bar>

Monogrammed Cake Balls

My friend recently hosted a bridal shower for a young woman who has been very special to her family.  She wanted every detail of the shower to be special, too!

The cake balls were monogrammed with their married initials...the bride's initial on the left, the groom's initial on the right with their last name in the middle.

Congratulations to Sandy & Cody!

More Halloween Cake Balls

Busy, busy week this week!  If I hadn't had these fun cakeball orders, I just might not have gotten anything Halloweeny accomplished!
Thanks to sweet Pat for the order!
Happy Halloween!!!

If I get a chance, I'm hoping to party with some of my sidebar friends! =>

Chocolate Toffee Bits Cakeballs

These little creations are simply chocolate cake balls with Heath Toffee Bits mixed in.
After dipping them in the chocolate, I coated them with more toffee bits that had been lightly crushed.
(The toffee bits will not stay crunchy in the cake balls...they will have more of a caramel texture...if you do not add enough, they will sort of just get lost in the cake.)

Cake Balls for High School Graduation

My husband's friend, a football coach for an area private school, asked me to make some cake balls for his students' high school graduation.
I was thrilled to be asked to supply some of the treats for this important event!

He requested 3 different flavors and he wanted them to reflect the school and the senior class.
For the lemon cake balls, I put the school's initials on them.

The Red Velvet Cake Balls were differeniated with the " 'll  " added to the top.

Chocolate cake balls were dipped in dark chocolate and drizzled with white and red.
(The school's colors are white, red and black.  Dark chocolate was my "black" this time.)

Congratulations HPHS Seniors 2011!

Golf Ball Cake Pops and Cupcakes

This week has been crazy with end of school activities and baking orders.
No blog time!!!
Well here is another little bit of the fun golf party we had next week.

You knew I'd have them!

Husband requested lemon cake pops for his golf ball pops!
They're displayed on some foam covered with more of the green moss...

Other items on the dessert table were carrot cake, assorted cheesecake bites and chocolate cupcakes....all of the birthday boy's favorites!!

Chocolate cupcakes topped with french buttercream "grass" and a golf ring topper...pretty cute!

Easter Cake Balls

I was honored to create the cake balls for a friend's Easter dessert.
Here is a sample of the few I had left over for our own Easter brunch.

Red Velvet w/Cream Cheese Frosting
Lemon with a Fresh Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
German Chocolate with Pecan Coconut Frosting

I don't usually have a favorite when it comes to cake balls, but I have to say that the lemon cake balls were so yummy for Easter!

Hope you're Easter was sweet, too!

Made these for a baby girl's Sip 'n See last weekend.

The little candy flowers turned out so cute last time, that I tried them again.

So sweet!

They looked pretty on my pink Easter table!

These are the cake pops for my sweet friend's birthday party!

Her mom was giving the pops as party favors, so I made some tags, too.

All wrapped up!

I think the cake pops matched her party ware pretty well, don't you?

Sweet photo sent via Iphone by the mom.
Those cake pops don't even compare to the adorable birthday girl!
